We're an online store dispatching from Karachi — we don't have a walk-in counter, so please message before visiting.
Before you message — quick answers
- Where is my order? Orders dispatch from Karachi and we send tracking as soon as your parcel is collected. Send us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.
- Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes — Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
- What does delivery cost? Rs 300 standard, and free on orders over Rs 2,500.
- I want to return or exchange something. You have 15 days, as long as the bottle is at least 90% full. Start it on our Return & Exchange page — that's faster than emailing.
- Are these original designer perfumes? No, and we're upfront about it. We make our own impression perfumes — our interpretations inspired by well-known fragrances. We are not affiliated with any designer house.
- Which perfume should I pick? Tell us what you normally wear and the occasion, and we'll recommend from our range. If you'd rather smell first, try a tester box.
